Ramphele announces political platform

The long awaited announcement of whether businesswoman - Mamphele Ramphela is starting a political party was revealed on Monday, 18 February.

Ramphele held a press conference in Pretoria announcing what she called a political platform called Agang which means 'build'.

Twitter was abuzz as people were not sure what she meant by political platform while other simply regarded the platform as the next cope.

Others simply voiced their opinion that she will not make a good leader and that she should stick to business while a tweet from a well known personality referred to Ramphele as a side-chick who has lacks morality.

Ramphele mentioned that she will be contesting the 2014 elections and that agang is a name which might change as the platform develops.
