I attended the good food and wine show this past Saturday and it is safe to say that it was one of the well-organized events.
It was at about 5pm when I arrived and at the door I was greeted by warm and friendly faces. As much as the goody bags were still being packed, upon my arrival, I was sure promised to have a good time by the hosts and hostesses at the door.
I started on my left at the far end where I was disappointed by a few stall, but eventually as I was moving along swiftly, I was suddenly taken away by some of the food stalls that were available.
One of the food stalls which managed to make me stay longer was the snowflake stall. They had thee most cute and delicious cupcakes. They were in different colours and I promised them to buy the mix that they made them with.
Another stall which was fascinating was the Quorn stall. They were a soy free and meat free stall which had chicken-style fillets which were delicious and chicken-style burgers. I was fascinated by the vegetarian fillets which tasted more like chicken fillets and I was keen to find out how they were made.
The wine was also one of the good things that kept conversation going amongst people of different races and cultural backgrounds.
This was one of the best good food and wine show I have attended thus far. Till next time!
